Role Overview
We are looking for an A-Class electrician with a well-rounded skill set, suited to a service and maintenance-based role with the ability to lead in a foreman capacity.
In this role, a structured and methodical approach to completing maintenance checklists, service reports, electrical safety certificates, health and safety documentation, and quality assurance forms is essential.
The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in electrical maintenance and compliance, with proven expertise in troubleshooting and fault-finding, ensuring projects run smoothly and safely from start to finish.
Sound Knowledge In
- AS/NZS 3000: 2008
- Lighting and Power
- Comms — Fibre and Copper
- Cable supports and pathways
- Main Switchboards up to 3500A
- Distribution boards
- Read and interrupt electrical drawings
Proven Experience In
- Leading a team onsite to drive efficiency
- Working with clients, builders & consultants
- Organising materials
- Forecasting labour (With PM)
- Organising site permits
- Strong communication written and verbal
- Focus on OH&S
- Arranging subcontractors onsite
- Computer skills — (General) use of Microsoft Office and Job management software
- Maintaining records and documenting works - ITPS, ITR's
- Ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot
